These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ForushAI, forushai.ir, and the ForushAI dashboard (the "Service"), operated by an independent developer ("Hamed Dev", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What ForushAI is
ForushAI helps businesses that have an Instagram Professional/ Business account manage customer conversations. Depending on what you configure, the Service can receive Instagram direct messages and comments sent to your connected account, send replies you configure (including keyword-triggered automated replies), and let you hand a conversation to a human operator. ForushAI uses Meta's APIs to provide these features and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Instagram integration
- You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram Professional/Business account you connect.
- By connecting your account, you authorize ForushAI to access the Instagram data described in our Privacy Policy in order to provide the Service.
- You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the ForushAI dashboard or from Instagram/Meta's connected-apps settings.
- Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's and Meta's own terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates Instagram's or Meta's policies
- Harass, deceive, or defraud any person
- Collect or process data about people without a lawful basis
- Attempt to bypass the security or rate limits of the Service or of Meta's APIs
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Automated and AI-assisted messaging
ForushAI lets you configure automated replies (currently keyword and rule based, with AI-assisted features under development — see our Privacy Policy, Section 4). You are responsible for the automated rules and content you configure and for making sure the messages sent through your connected account comply with applicable law and with Instagram's and Meta's policies. ForushAI is not responsible for the specific content of replies you configure or approve.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Meta's Instagram API, cloud hosting providers, and (where AI-assisted features are enabled) AI infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations of these third-party services that are outside our control.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the Service is actively developed.
8. Subscription and payment
Where the Service offers paid plans, the price, billing period, and included features will be shown to you before you subscribe. Specific billing terms are presented at checkout and are part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
ForushAI, its logo, and the Service's software are owned by us and are not licensed to you beyond what is needed to use the Service. You retain ownership of the content you upload or configure (such as your automated-reply text and product information).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Instagram integration, or use the Service in a way that risks the security, availability, or compliance of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page).
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from changes to or limitations of Meta's or Instagram's APIs that are outside our control.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
